The highly anticipated family friendly coaster bends and curves around the bespoke log flume, Leti’s Treasure, at more than 30 mph with more than 1200 exhilarating feet of track and is comprised of two enchanting trains equipped with ADA access.

Tony’s Express showcases the rich heritage of Coney Island and honors the first roller coaster ever built in America, the Switchback Railway, with its vehicles design. The illuminated station house, surrounded by twinkling signature lights along the archways and tracks, reestablishes Luna Park as “The Electric Eden,” a nickname that was given to the historic park in the early 1900s.

Making its global debut, custom made for Coney Island, Luna Park’s eighth roller coaster also pays homage to the late Antonio (Tony) Zamperla – and his legacy of excellence in the amusement industry.

Riders must be at least 42” tall to ride alone. Riders between 42” and 48” must be accompanied by a supervising companion willing and able to ensure compliance with all safety rules. Persons under 36” tall cannot ride.

Clockworkz

Get ready to giggle while you forget your worries and bask in the fresh-air thrill of Luna Park in Coney Island’s seascape views. Each gondola holds 4 riders. The central tower rotates about a vertical axis, while the arms swing about a horizontal axis in a circular motion. The arms move in opposite directions when viewed from 1 side. Clockworkz swings its passengers in synchronized clockwise and counterclockwise directions, simultaneously thrusting its passengers on a circular path through the air, giving riders a sense of timeless weightlessness, while rotating 360 degrees.

In 2019, Clockworkz won 1^st Place for Best New Ride attraction at IAAPA (The Global Association for the Attractions Industry). Clockworkz, is a first-of-its-kind Zamperla manufactured attraction, that made its worldwide debut at Luna Park in Coney Island June 2, 2019.

We have added even more thrill! Indeed, riders will spin in the air as the hub travels up a 15m height tower. Delivering a hugely exciting ride experience combined with an impressive visual impact, Atlantic Aviator takes riders on an amazing journey which replicates the experiences and sensations of an acrobatic airplane flight, with banks, loops, dives and weightlessness that will test even the most experienced thrill seekers. Accommodating up to 24 riders at one time in six, four-seater airplanes, the new thriller combines a 6 rpm central ride rotation motion with a motor driven arm rotation that allows for the various movements experienced by riders. The action takes place up to 8m above the ground and ‘pilots’ experience accelerations of almost 4G, right side up and upside down. As with all rides, safety is a key aspect of Atlantic Aviator and Class 5 over-the-shoulder restraints incorporated into the seats allow riders from 120cm (48 inches) to participate in what is an amazing ‘flying’ experience.
